Nu310 Nursing Research 4 credits
Knowledge development focuses on research methodologies, theoretical, and philosophical paradigms that underpin research methods and the components of a published study. Skill development includes the ability to retrieve, critically evaluate, and communicate research findings with consideration of ethical and legal issues related to development of a research study. The implications of Nursing research for professional practice are a focus of the course. Prerequisites: Ma202 with a minimum grade of C, Nu200 with a minimum grade of C+, or permission of instructor.
